People filling this position should be self motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable dealing with a diverse, multi cultural environment.
RA's should be able to think on their toes and react quickly to emergency situations.
Seeking people who can remain calm when under pressure. People interested in this position must like people! You will be dealing with them all day, every day!
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Operating a vehicle is an essential function of this position and will require the applicant to meet the minimum requirements of the Intrawest Driver's Standards
Policy: Minimum Requirement
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must comply with all driver's license restrictions i.e. corrective eye-wear
- Have held a valid commercial/passenger driver's license or be in the process of training for one if applicable
- Licenses must be issued in the country or state in which the employee works, unless exceptions have been approved by a Senior Leader.
- A current, valid driver's license without limitations resulting from legal process, including: No more than 1 "at-fault" accident in the past 3 years
No more than 3 minor violations i.e. speeding tickets in the past 3 years
No more than 1 major violations i.e. reckless driving, DUI, DWAI in the past 3 years
No more than 1 suspension or revocation of license in the past 3 years due to civil penalties
