TJobBank is the first employment site designed specifically to bring employers and transgender candidates together.

Although the site is open to all job seekers and employers, our focus is on finding employment for transgender candidates. We are a not for profit, all volunteer organization promoting the idea that everyone deserves the opportunity to earn a living.

An increasing number of employers are finding that hiring transgender people is not only the right thing to do, it is the smart thing to do. Transgender people face rampant discrimination not only in employment but in housing and every other facet of life. It is the last form of discrimination that is allowed to go unchecked by the federal government in the United States.
